The walk-though package will consist of a thorough assessment of your home’s current aesthetic and layout. You can expect personalized recommendations aimed at enhancing your space and creating an inviting atmosphere that appeals to potential buyers. We may suggest strategic furniture placement, color schemes, and decor updates to highlight your home’s best features.
This option will include a detailed staging & decluttering plan - For Owner-occupied properties only.
Each vacant staging package covers the design plan, delivery, set up, collection and installation of our inventory items as well as a 60-day usage/rental arrangement. Each vacant staging proposal varies in costs and scale, but all installation and inventory rental arrangements are customizable.
Packages designed for homeowners who plan to live in their homes while it is on the market for sale. On staging day, we will use your existing furniture and accessories in order to highlight your home’s best features, all while being budget conscious. We offer accessory and furniture package add-ons to our clients who need to supplement items throughout the home. We will create a customized staging package based on your home’s needs with easy and convenient terms.
